Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Artisantique is not responsible for loss, damage, or delays during transit. If your item arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. We are happy to provide shipping details if needed.

Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of handmade and artisan goods, all sales are final.

If you experience an issue or wish to request an exchange, please contact the artisan directly to discuss possible options. Each artisan manages their own policies and will work with you where applicable.
