Due to the nature of handmade and Artisan goods, all sales are final.

If you experience an issue or wish to request an exchange, please contact the Artisan directly to discuss possible options. Each Artisan manages their own policies and will work with you where applicable.

We ship orders using Purolator and Canada Post. Orders are processed within 2-5 business days, or slightly longer during busy season. once your order is packed, we'll be in touch with the total shipping cost before completing shipment.

Shipping, In-Store Pick Up & Local Delivery

Every order is carefully packaged to ensure your items arrive safely. Once your parcel is with the shipping carrier, Artisantique is not responsible for delays, damage, or lost items caused by the courier. If an item arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Please double check your shipping address at checkout, as we're unable to make changes once an order has been processed.

 

In-Store Pick Up:

Free in-store pick is available during regular business hours. You'll receive a notification once your order is ready - please wait for confirmation before coming by.

Local Delivery (Terrace BC)

We offer local delivery within Terrace BC city limits for a flat fee of $15. Delivery timing will be confirmed after your order is placed.

There is a processing fee for credit card payments. The fee is the percentage square charges.
